FireProbe® Variants

The FireProbe product series has been designed with the understanding that the product will have to be adapted to a variety of customer needs.

So in fact FireProbe is a "platform" with the FSP3403bT being the initial variant based on several customer wishes/requests. For the time being DapTechnology considers this variant to become the default Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) variant.

Future variants will be made available on this page as they become available and regulations (ITAR, ...) allow for respect to marketing/sales to a wider audience.

 

Future variants based on customer requests

Because our customer's requirements can be manifold and FireProbe is flexible enough to allow a large variant of customization". DapTechnology is able to deal with program-specific as well as export-controlled details/requirements. So far we have identified the following variants options:

  • Screen protection (e.g. a cover/lid)
  • Enclosure (ruggedness, finish, ...)
  • Environmental (ATEX, temperature/humidity, ...) 
  • Mil1394 Bus Connectivity
  • Mil1394 Bus Speeds
  • Data storage type & size
  • Compliance & scertifications
  • Control panel design services (provided by DapUSA)
