DapTechnology is a key player in the market for IEEE-1394 and AS5643 bus technology related products. Even though we are a relatively small company, over the past 20 years we have managed to find clientele all over the world. Our products are mainly used in Industrial and Aerospace & Defense markets and within those markets we are well known for our FireSpy bus analyzers.

In addition to our two main offices for R&D, production, support, administration and logistics in Holland, we also have satellite offices in the UK, US and Canada. Having those locations outside of The Netherlands focused more on sales, marketing and technical support allows us to better support our customers in other parts of the world.

Our R&D department in Nijmegen is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of all of our products. As software engineer you will be part of a small but highly experienced team of PCB, VHDL and software engineers. As team member you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of software areas ranging from embedded software in C running on Xilinx FPGA's to Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) development using QT in C++ running on MS Windows and Linux. We strive to emphasize the strengths of each team member to accomplish high-quality products and stimulate personal development. Our small team offers you an opportunity to acquire software development experience on all layers of our software stack.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in writing well-structured C++ code, preferably with QT Widgets based UI development experience. The candidate should have outstanding problem solving and communication skills, and a passion to learn and grow as an engineer, independently and as part of a team.
