A recent analysis of product warranty claims and repairs for the last 10 years has again demonstrated the great quality of DapTechnology's products. We are happy and proud about this result and want our customers to benefit from this achievement.

Therefore, DapTechnology is extending its standard product warranty for all products with a hardware component to 3 years (currently 2 years) for any purchases placed starting March 1, 2019.  Besides the obvious Hardware warranty extension our customers will also benefit from the equally extended period for free-of-charge Software/Firmware updates.

For any product outside of the standard warranty DapTechnology offers a comprehensive and effective Hardware Repair Service. For the flat fee of $450.- (USA and Canada) or €400.- (Europe and ROW) DapTechnology has successfully resolved the fast majority (~ 95%)  of the few repair cases we have had during the review period and only in very rare cases an excess had to be charged to our customers

This warranty extension is not applicable to Software-only as we well as Firmware-only solutions which will remain at 1 year.
