Electronics and Cable Assembler

Function

The DapTechnology site in Nijmegen is responsible for the development, maintenance, production and support of our (mostly FireWire related) products.
We are currently looking for an Assembler for the assembly department in Nijmegen. 

You are part of a small and close team: hardware, firmware, software and production. The focus is on the assembly of unique products designed and developed by DapTechnology. You work independently on the product parts for which you are responsible

Responsibilities

As an Assembler you are jointly responsible for the assembly and realization of the prototypes and small production series.  Your responsibility includes:

• Composing, building and testing the products;
• Participate in product and process improvement;
• Updating and creating Technical Drawings
• Joint responsibility in the Mechanical Design
• Guaranteeing quality requirements according to ISO 9001;
• Updating production manuals and relevant documentation;
• Responsible for stock administration;

Job Requirements

Education and knowledge:

  • Minimum MBO-4 level (degree) in a technical direction, preferably electronics or something comparable.
  • Excellent skills in the Dutch and English language, both verbal and writing.
     

Experience in the field of:

  • Assembly of electronics (PCBs, cables).
  • Soldering; ranging from Electronic components to cables (connectors).
  • Execute, improve, and implement production tests.
  • Knowledge of ESD is an advantage.

  • Precise and disciplined.

Electronica en Kabel Assembleur

De Functie

De vestiging in Nijmegen is verantwoordelijk voor ontwikkeling, onderhoud, productie en support van onze (veelal FireWire gerelateerde) producten. Voor de assemblage afdeling in Nijmegen zijn we op zoek naar een Assembleur.

Je maakt deel uit van een klein en hecht team: hardware, firmware, software en productie. De focus ligt op de assemblage van unieke producten die door DapTechnology zijn ontworpen en ontwikkeld. Je werkt zelfstandig aan de productonderdelen waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent

Bij het verdelen van verantwoordelijkheden wordt zoveel mogelijk rekening gehouden met de kennis en interesses van de individuele werknemer(s). Op deze manier komt iedereen optimaal tot zijn/haar recht en kan iedereen met enthousiasme een positieve bijdrage leveren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Assembleur ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de assemblage en realisatie van de prototypes en kleine productieseries. Onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid valt onder andere:

  • Samenstellen, opbouwen en testen van de producten;
  • Participeren in product en procesverbetering;
  • Bijwerken en ontwikkelen van Technische tekeningen;
  • Medeverantwoordleijk voor het Mechanische ontwerp;
  • Waarborgen van gestelde kwaliteitseisen volgens ISO 9001;
  • Bijwerken van productiehandleidingen en relevante documentatie;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de voorraad administratie;

Functie Eisen

Opleiding en kennis:

  • Minimaal MBO-4 niveau (diploma) in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektronica of vergelijkbaar.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
     

Ervaring op het gebied van:

  • Assemblage van elektronica (PCB’s, kabels),
  • Solderen variërend van Elektronische componenten tot kabels (connectoren),
  • Uitvoeren en bedenken van productie-tests,
  • Kennis van ESD is een pré.
     

Persoonlijke eigenschappen:

  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • In staat snel nieuwe technologieën eigen te maken.
  • Goede contactuele eigenschappen.
  • Precies en gedisciplineerd.
  • Perfectionistisch.
  • Enthousiast en gedreven.
